Work shifts, hard floors and the walk home can ask a lot of your everyday shoes. Solequo Everyday Comfort Insoles bring a soft PU base, a textured fabric surface and a contoured profile to shoes with room for a replacement insole.

Find your fit
Choose from four colour combinations and EU size pairs from 35–36 to 49–50. Compare the shape and size with a removable liner from a shoe that fits you well. These cushioned insoles need enough space inside your shoes, so check for a secure fit without crowding your toes.
A simple everyday swap
- Remove your shoe's existing removable liner.
- Place the Solequo insole fabric side up, with the heel seated at the back.
- Try a short walk and check that your heel stays secure and your toes have room.

How to fit
Remove your shoe’s removable liner. Place Solequo mesh-side up, matching left and right. Check that the insole sits flat and your foot has enough room before walking.

Compare with your existing removable liner. Check length, width and space inside the shoe. Fit depends on the shoe’s shape and depth, not just its labelled size.
