Will these fit every shoe?

Fit varies between shoes. Start with footwear that has removable liners and sufficient room. Your toes should have space, and your heel should sit securely after fitting.

Which side faces up?

The mesh surface faces your foot. The sculpted foam base sits against the inside of the shoe.

Should I leave the existing liner in?

For shoes with removable liners, take the original liner out before fitting. Stacking insoles can reduce the space available for your foot.
